Reviews
A solid, quick, affordable Chinese restaurant! Particularly liked the scallion pancakes and I always love a lo mein noodle, so overall quite happy!
While the food looked and smelled good, it severely lacked flavor and no amount of salt could save it. We ordered the Curry Chicken and the General Tso's chicken, both were bland and had an awful chewy texture indicating that they were overcooked. The rice was undercooked and had crunchy clumps. The only edible part of our meal was the crab rangoon, which was slightly sweet. Although we ordered takeout, it was clear that the dining area was outdated and dingy. Suffice to say, the food here is not worth the price and there are better restaurants within a walking distance from this place.
VERY low quality Chinese food in both presentation and taste. I just picked it up and the Beef Broccoli looked and tasted like it was a leftover and was made 3 days ago. I'm very serious- I've posted a picture of this Beef Broccoli below after I got home--and you know how leftovers look- the sauce thickens up and the vegetables lose their firmness and turns soggy (Yep, it wasn't made fresh). Their brown sauce was very gelatinous and very, very BLAND. My family and I are so disappointed with the taste of their Hunan Chicken, Beef Broccoli, and Lo mein. They were all a waste of money--$55! Poorly tasting Chinese food and I don't recommend because their food extremely lacks flavor. Not coming back.
I haven't been here in quite sometime but decided to come back. Server came over was so nice. He recommended the butterfly shrimp and crab Rangoon appetizers and they were excellent. And I ordered the bourbon chicken for my entree and was fantastic. The portions were very good had some to take home for a snack later in the day. Very busy with takeouts here so I'm going to try that to in the near future. Can't wait to come back!
My daughter and I were craving good classic Chinese style food today. I enjoyed the shrimp egg foo young and she enjoyed the pot stickers and fried rice. The women taking care of us were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided wonderful service.
I was exited that a authentic Chinese restaurant was close to where I lived. Ordered my food as takeout and once I got to the food it looked good, but when I tasted it… it was missing something. flavor. I grabbed some salt & pepper and added it to my food. It didn’t change anything. I believe if you have to add salt and pepper to Chinese food, its the Chinese food, not you. The food tasted better cold. Trust me you aren’t tripping at all. Service was great tho.
Very good Chinese food! Tasted very good. We got 2 shrimp eggrolls, shrimp egg foo young, and moo shu pork and enjoyed every bite of every thing. Egg rolls had a good amount of shrimp and fried just right. All this food came to just over $30 plus a tip. Highly recommend
Ordered the house special egg foo young and the house special lo mein. Egg foo young was tastless and rice from the egg foo young was over cooked and soggy. The noodles from the lo mein were also over cooked and had a burnt taste at the end. I started to feel sick while eating it. We couldn’t even finish the food. Over $30 worth of food down the drain.
